Beware! Opponents of the Equality for All Floridians Act seek to deny you the benefits of true equality. They prefer imposing their dehumanizing, divisive, discriminatory, anti-equality ordinances and laws based on arbitrary terms, ideological grounds, unscientific categories, unconstitutional criteria, and highly subjective, totally capricious terms and conditions.

Equality opponents seek to punish Floridians with all kinds of unconscionable fines, penalties, and costly criminal and civil liabilities. These fines, penalties and liabilities force you to submit to degrading, unfair, highly discriminatory, and unequal special benefits and legal protections based on arbitrary, subjective, scientifically unverifiable or non-constitutional criteria or categories, such as an individual’s alleged sexual fantasies, behavioral choices, “preferences,” or so-called sexual “expression” or assumed sexual “identity.”

That’s clearly not the right approach to equality. Indeed, it’s really anti-equality! Floridians want equality protected on the basis of clear, immutable, objective, non-ideological, genetically established, scientifically verified, and constitutionally guaranteed criteria. And that is exactly what the Equality for All Floridians Act does.

Additionally, the Equality for All Floridians Act also protects everyone in Florida from unjust discrimination by allowing state and local governments to retain their abilities to protect both pro-equality, non-equality and anti-equality residents equally.

Floridians need and deserve a holistic approach to equality. Thankfully, the Equality for All Floridians Act provides the just legal framework for protecting equality in the Sunshine State; a framework that will keep unethical politicians and ideologically-driven extremists from attacking, undermining, or tampering with your legal equality.
